Telligent support requests are made through a web based portal, so you can log issues immediately at any time, online or by email. This automatically generates and assigns a request reference, so you can track your case as it progresses.
Progress reporting
Support is supplied according to a predetermined Service Level Agreement. A support coordinator will keep you informed via weekly reports, highlighting the support activities performed, details of tasks completed and those outstanding.
