Continuity assured

We'll also allocate a specialist Telligent Building Blocks technical lead to your project. He or she will ‘own' the job right down the line, from specification through to deployment and handover.

Documented development processes and procedures are adhered to throughout the project, to control any risk involved in the installation, configuration or build.

Testing

We regularly perform peer testing and code review in addition to system and UAT testing. This guarantees that the best techniques are being applied, and it also helps more of our developers to become familiar with your project.

Deployment

We believe you can't plan deployment too carefully, or too soon. Right at the outset of your project we'll be talking to your IT team, to create the ideal infrastructure, and to avoid ‘surprises' when deployment gets under way.

Equally, after a dozen community server implementations we've learned some useful tricks on how to get the solution working perfectly.

And because the detailed deployment plan itself is created during the testing phase, it's perfectly aligned with the actualities of the built solution.

The plan is purposely compiled as though the implementing IT team member doesn't know the solution. The document can therefore successfully guide deployment even if the person is not fully up to speed with the project or its technology.

Handover and training

Before deployment, all technical documentation is updated so it accurately reflects the end product.

We can also create Telligent Community training guides for both solution end users and the technical team - a key factor in successfully maintaining the ongoing support of your online community.
