The Fast Track service provides a low risk approach to get you operational within a very short time-frame by using experienced consultants, a proven process - all at a fixed cost.
What's included?
- Advice on selecting an appropriate server infrastructure to host your Community
- Installation and configuration of Telligent Community on either a development, staging or production environment
- Configuration of the standard community features based on your requirements
- Implementation of a basic theme to reflect your brand (logo, colours etc...)
- Provide half day training course for your technical staff
- Provide half day training course for your business users and moderators
- Documentation of the implementation for handover to your team
