Website replatform
Website replatform
Background
Butlins were concerned that the old perceptions of their brand were not being addressed by the website. And functional failings and performance issues were tending to reinforce out of date negative ideas of Butlins amongst potential new customers.
In addition Butlins were aware that their existing website offered room for improvement in terms of reliability, stability, look & feel and overall quality.
There was also a need for more integrated processes and the provision of consistent messaging. It was clear that a better CMS platform was required, one where existing content could be effectively reused, and reduced the number of manual updates and management required by the Butlins team.
Solution
Butlins selected SDL Tridion as their strategic CMS platform and worked with Bulding Blocks to architect, develop and support their new web implementation.
